General Conditions of the Partner Program

1. Purpose of the Program

THE Video-on-Demand.com Partner Program allows affiliates to promote our products and services through personalized links. In return, affiliates earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their traffic.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Who can register?

The program is open to bloggers, publishers, influencers and content creators having a website, a mobile application or an active community on social networks.

2.2 Acceptance of the application

Each membership application is subject to validation.
We reserve the right to refuse any application that does not meet our criteria.
Once accepted, the affiliate receives access to their tracking links and dashboard.

3. Commissions and Payments

3.1 Commission Rates

15 % commission on each confirmed sale.
Example of earnings:
- Personal video (228 CHF) → Commission: 34.20 CHF
- Professional video (384 CHF) → Commission: 57.60 CHF

3.2 Payment conditions

Payment is made once the balance is reached 100 CHF confirmed commissions.
Commissions are paid only via PayPal.

3.3 Confirmed sales

A sale is considered confirmed once:

The customer has completed his purchase.
The withdrawal or cancellation period has expired.

4. Obligations of Affiliates

By joining the program, affiliates agree to:

5. Termination and Suspension

Video-sur-Demande.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account in the event of:

❌ Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
